Refund Policy:
Anyone who has booked and paid for a QuickMatch Speed Dating event has the right to cancel at any time by sending an email to registration@quickmatch.ca stating that they wish to cancel. We will then send a cancellation ID via email and refund the amount paid in full, provided the cancellation request is recieved (4) days or more before the event. An event takes a tremendous amount of time to organize and our team must coordinate a successful balance of men and women. To be fair to everyone else booked onto the event, if the cancellation request is within 96 hours of an event, there will be no refund.

Late Registration:
You may register after the registration deadline or even, at the door. Keep in mind that there are capacity limitations at our venues and you will be required to pay a $20 late registration fee. QuickMatch reserves the right to refuse a late registration if it will imbalance the number of men and women.

QuickMatch Guarantee:
At each QuickMatch event, we guarantee that you will have at least one mutual match. If you do not, you are entitled to attend another QuickMatch event for free. How? Within 30 days after attending an event, send an email to guarantee@quickmatch.ca and we will offer you a free admission to a future QuickMatch event. Be sure to include details such as your full name, the date and location of the event that you attended. Also, to qualify for a free booking under the guarantee you must have taken part in the whole event. If you leave early or missed the event for which you were pre-registered, you will not qualify. A member is only entitled to one free admission maximum.

Invite-A-Friend:
Do you know anyone who you think would like speed dating? If so please fill in their email address in the box to the left of the page and we'll send them a personal invite. You can enter as many names as you like. Your friends will receive a one-off email but will not be added to our database. If they do attend an event and indicate that you refered them, you will recieve a 10% cash refund per friend. This cumulative discount can become substantial. You will also be automatically entered in a contest to win a full-body massage. Draws will take place on September 1st and March 1st of each year.
